These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Never Trust Gurus website and the purchase of products offered through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Our Products
Never Trust Gurus offers apparel and accessories produced exclusively on demand.
Each product is manufactured individually after an order has been placed. Minor variations in colour, print placement or finishing may occur due to the production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
3. Product Availability
Because all products are made to order, availability depends on the availability of materials supplied by our production partner.
If an item cannot be produced after an order has been placed, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered either:
- a replacement product;
- a later production date;
- or a full refund.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout unless free shipping is explicitly offered.
Never Trust Gurus reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will always be invoiced at the price displayed when the order was confirmed.
5. Orders
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully authorised.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Never Trust Gurus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:
- suspected fraud;
- payment issues;
- incorrect pricing caused by technical errors;
- unavailable products.
If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be fully refunded.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment providers.
Never Trust Gurus does not store or have access to your complete payment information.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
7. Production
Production begins shortly after payment confirmation.
Because every product is made specifically for each customer, production usually starts within a few hours of order validation.
Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our Shipping page.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections or force majeure.
Never Trust Gurus cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Products manufactured on demand cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or orders an incorrect size.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
10. Right of Withdrawal
For products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal provided by applicable consumer legislation may not apply.
This includes products printed or produced exclusively after an individual order has been placed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under your local legislation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website—including but not limited to logos, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product designs, videos, texts and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Never Trust Gurus or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
12. User Conduct
Visitors agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- upload malicious software;
- interfere with the operation of the website.
Any unlawful use may result in legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
Never Trust Gurus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French and European consumer law.
14.Your Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected and processed as described in that policy.
15. Events Beyond Our Control
Never Trust Gurus shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delays result from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental restrictions or other force majeure events.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
17. Consumer Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may be entitled to use an approved consumer mediation service in accordance with applicable French law.
The details of the appointed mediator will be provided on this page once the business has completed its mediation registration.
